About The Position
This role focuses on managing and growing the affiliate community for TikTok Shop. The coordinator will be responsible for engaging with affiliates, executing strategies to drive posting and sales, and providing coaching to creators. The ultimate goal is to build and maintain a strong, on-brand affiliate base.
Requirements
- 1+ year of community/influencer management experience
- 1+ year of TikTok Shop Affiliate experience (brand side)
Nice To Haves
- Paid/Performance content creation experience a plus
- Beauty or Wellness/Health experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Own Affiliate communities on Discord and Lark
- Own and execute community challenges to encourage posting and GMV growth
- Daily content review/feedback and affiliate coaching
- Active community management with affiliate creators in DMs
- Manage launch plan retainer deals
