About The Position

Five Star Jewelers, a South Florida community staple for over 35 years, is seeking a creative, energetic, and charismatic TikTok Content Creator & Live Host. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on camera, stays ahead of social media trends, and excels at connecting with audiences through authentic and entertaining content. The primary goal is to become the face of the brand on TikTok, generate engaging content, and significantly grow the company's online presence.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Proven TikTok Shop sales experience: Demonstrated experience selling products through TikTok Shop livestreams.
• Documented sales results: Able to provide examples of livestream sales performance, such as revenue generated, sales volume, or other measurable results.
• Live selling experience: Comfortable hosting live sessions, presenting products, answering questions, and engaging viewers in real time.
• Strong sales ability: Confidently communicates product value, handles objections, and encourages viewers to make purchases.
• Audience engagement: Able to maintain energy, build rapport, and keep viewers interested throughout a livestream.
• Product presentation: Comfortable learning and presenting jewelry, including explaining features, quality, pricing, and financing options.
• Professional on-camera presence: Charismatic, polished, and comfortable representing a luxury jewelry brand.
• Availability: Able to work the required livestream schedule, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Five Star Jewelers on TikTok through videos and live streams.
• Create engaging, high-quality TikTok content that aligns with brand goals, current trends, and audience interests.
• Develop creative content ideas, including product showcases, storytelling, tutorials, challenges, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle videos.
• Plan and execute TikTok Live & eBay Live sessions that drive engagement and strengthen our online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• In charge of uploading the inventory to our shops and fulfilling orders.
• Stay up to date on TikTok trends, viral sounds, hashtags, and platform updates.
• Interact with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions to build meaningful connections.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in managing and growing the company's TikTok presence and social media strategy.
