About The Position

Montana Precision Products (MPP) is a leading manufacturer specializing in complex and high-precision components for the aerospace and industrial sectors. The job involves completing welding projects on time while ensuring quality and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic math.
• Stand for long periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• U.S. person status required.

Nice To Haves

• TIG welding experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and layout jobs using blueprints and diagrams.
• Operate machines to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld materials.
• Perform welding in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
