Montana Precision Products (MPP) is at the forefront of manufacturing excellence, specializing in producing complex and high-precision components for the aerospace and industrial sectors. At MPP, you'll be part of a team that uses state-of-the-art technology to create components that power some of the most recognizable aircraft in the world, including the Boeing 737 MAX, the Airbus A320neo, and other commercial aircraft. This role involves completing welding projects on time while ensuring quality and safety. The schedule is 4 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend. The primary shift is 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM, with a 10% pay differential. Initial training will be on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM.
