About The Position

As a Tier 2 Control Tower Analyst, you will create next-day operations plans for delivery drivers, warehouse workers, and merchandisers. You will engage with management to assess operational issues and identify efficiency improvements. The role also involves evaluating performance indicators, developing and executing action plans, and contributing to strategic projects with a small-to-medium-sized team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Broad understanding of wholesaler route-to-market strategies and deep understanding of the sales and delivery routing process.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated strengths in project management, planning, complex problem-solving, and influence.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
• Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Roadnet Territory Planner Routing Software.

Responsibilities

• Work on long-term strategic initiative projects with a small-to-medium-sized team and present execution and results to management.
