The Ticketing Supervisor will resolve customer service concerns and troubleshoot issues that arise with ticketing software and the point of sale system. This position will also supervise guestlist and any other night of show issues that may come up during the duration of the event with the help of the Ticketing Manager/Coordinator if needed.
