In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of our ticketing operations, ensuring patrons have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they purchase their tickets to the time they attend our events.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is essential.
  • Impeccable customer service and communication skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with a basic understanding of accounting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently sell event tickets for the Theatre, Classic Center Arena, and other venues via all ticket office channels.
  • Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to patrons with inquiries, directions, and general information.
  • Proficiently handle online and mobile ticket sales, ensuring a smooth process for fans and patrons.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all events, gift certificates, coupons, and special payment methods.
  • Assist with renewals, returns, exchanges, and data entry for season ticket holders.
  • Act as a guest services representative during events, troubleshooting ticket scanning equipment as needed.
  • Inform patrons about VIP opportunities and connect them with the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Ticketing Department, including inventory management and data maintenance.
