About The Position
Tenney Mountain Resort is a family-owned, revitalized ski destination in the heart of New Hampshire. Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.
Requirements
- Professional and friendly personality.
- Ability to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.
- Excellent listening/communication skills.
- Ability to accurately perform basic math.
- Previous customer service experience, including cash handling.
- General computer knowledge.
- Timely and reliable attendance.
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure courteous service while helping guests with their individual needs.
- Work efficiently to conduct ticket sales transactions.
- Positively answer or direct guest's questions and/or concerns.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
