The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall is a registered charity that operates two of Toronto’s most iconic venues: Roy Thomson Hall and Allied Music Centre—home to legendary Massey Hall, TD Music Hall, Allied Music Centre Theatre, Deane Cameron Recording Studio, and more. Guided by a professional management team and volunteer Board of Governors, the Corporation is dedicated to enriching lives through the power of music. The Corporation is actively engaged in Artist Development and Education & Community Engagement initiatives as an investment in the next generation of artists and audiences. At The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, ticketing is more than a transaction. It is part of how audiences discover events, how clients bring shows to market, and how unforgettable live experiences come together. The Ticketing Services Coordinator supports that work from the inside out, coordinating ticketed events from initial setup and on-sale through reporting, night-of-show activity, and final settlement. As a key contact for clients and internal teams, this role helps ensure event details, pricing, holds, presales, inventory, and reporting are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. The right candidate is organized, detail-focused, service-minded, and energized by the pace of live events. They bring care to the details, confidence with systems, and a clear understanding that excellent ticketing supports audiences, clients, revenue, and successful event delivery.
