About The Position
Works all UNI Athletics and non-Athletic events for ticket taking or ticket selling. Ticket takers are responsible for scanning tickets at event and ushering customers to seats during events. Ticket sellers are responsible for selling tickets and programs at events. Work schedule includes days, nights and weekends depending on event schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to communicate with customers and staff
- Ability to handle/process and credit card transactions
- Flexible hours
- Night and weekend availability
