About The Position

This position is responsible for validating guest tickets upon entry to an event, offering venue information and guiding guests to their seats.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of the Casino property and its offerings
  • Knowledge of the Arena’s emergency evacuation plan

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Arena and the property layout
  • Ability to work as part of the event staff team

Responsibilities

  • Scans guest tickets upon entry to an event and guides guests to their seats
  • Collects and validates patron tickets to events
  • Provides information to patrons about the venue
  • Addresses patron complaints and issues or refers them to a Shift Manager, as needed
  • Assists in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and procedures
