About The Position

The Old Globe, a professional theatre in San Diego, is seeking part-time Ticket Services Representatives for its Ticket Office located in Balboa Park. These representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to Globe patrons by assisting with ticket and subscription orders over the phone and in person at the walk-up window. They will also work on show nights, distributing will call and assisting patrons. Representatives are expected to become knowledgeable in the history of The Old Globe and its current product offerings to best assist patrons. Requirements

Excellent customer service experience
Strong telephone skills
Strong computer skills
Availability nights and weekends
Ability to complete and clear a background screening
