About The Position

This position assists customers with purchasing tickets for various on and off campus events. The role requires providing exceptional customer service, processing ticket sales accurately, and supporting ticket office operations during events. The agent will also handle general inquiries, administrative tasks, and manage the Lost and Found process. As part of a faith-driven community, employees are expected to serve as ministers of the gospel by partnering with the University to disciple students and with Northwestern Media to lead people to Christ.

  • Background Check: Must pass background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons in person, by phone, and through email, assisting with ticket purchases, event information, and general inquiries.
  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and will-call distribution accurately using ticketing software and established procedures.
  • Support ticket office operations during campus and community events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of campus events, venues, and ticketing policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks, including record keeping, data entry, and office organization.
  • Manage Lost and Found processes, helping to document, store, and return items to customers when possible.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
