About The Position
This is a seasonal position at Big Bear Mountain Resort, located at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. Agents will engage with guests by selling and redeeming products at ticket windows. They will also answer questions and provide information regarding products, pricing, and promotions. The starting wage is between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years old
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude
- Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
- Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation
