The Ticket Office Sales Agent is responsible for selling tickets and making reservations for walk-up cruise customers using a computerized reservation system. This role also involves handling incoming customer calls, providing requested information, and assisting with reservation concerns or changes. The agent is expected to deliver excellent customer service by attending to all customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and individualized manner. Additionally, the role requires anticipating customer needs by monitoring the dock area to ensure a pleasant, hospitable, and fun environment. The agent will also make clear and concise announcements over the marine radio and the dock announcement system, uphold compliance with company policies, complete all necessary paperwork and closing duties, and maintain a well-kept appearance according to company standards.
