About The Position

Ticket Office Associate are often the first people our guests meet and play a key role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment guests arrive. This position provides friendly, efficient customer service while selling lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a team.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn RTP and other resort software.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with friendly, professional customer service.
Sell lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products using RTP and other resort systems.
Answer questions regarding mountain operations, trail conditions, weather, events, and resort policies.
Accurately process cash, credit card, gift card, and other payment transactions.
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist guests with online purchases, waivers, account questions, lost passes, and ticket issues.
Work closely with Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Lift Operations, and other departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and daily resort operations.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
