Performs and oversees office management and support duties for the Ticket Office. Sells season and individual game tickets on a daily basis using the Agile ticket system. Assists the Ticket Manager with their duties as needed and supervises student workers. Receives and assists visitors, receives and directs phone calls, and opens and routes mail. Assists with compliance duties as assigned by the Assistant AD for compliance. Coordinates on-campus recruiting visits, coordinates or assists in the coordination of fundraising events, and works all football and some basketball games.
