About The Position

The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices for live events and shows. Purchase orders are received through a smartphone app, and buyers travel to venues to purchase tickets using a company-provided credit card. After purchasing tickets, buyers enter the purchase details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. The role pays commissions on each ticket purchase, with commissions paid weekly by direct deposit after tickets are received. There is no base pay. The schedule is flexible, with an expected commitment of approximately two days per week and one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., depending on venue box office hours.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., with hours varying based on venue box office schedules.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type work may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.
