About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry, specializing in ticketing for live events. The company provides tickets to music, sports, and theatrical performances across the nation, using technology to deliver an experience for customers. The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices using ticket purchase orders received through a smartphone app and a company-provided credit card. After the purchase, the buyer enters the transaction details in the app and ships the tickets to the company. Buyers earn commissions on each ticket purchase, paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received; there is no base pay. The position offers a flexible schedule, with work generally about two days per week for one to four hours per day, between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., depending on venue box office hours. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type jobs may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.
