About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. We provide tickets to live events and shows across the nation and use technology to deliver a strong customer experience. The Ticket Buyer earns commissions by buying tickets at venue box offices. Buyers receive purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to venues, and use a company-provided credit card to purchase tickets. After the purchase, they enter the details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. Commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after tickets are received; there is no base pay. The schedule is flexible, with work generally needed about two days per week for one to four hours per day, during varying box office hours.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.
