About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. The company is adding a Ticket Buyer to its growing team. Ticket Buyers receive ticket purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to venues, and purchase tickets using a company-provided credit card. They enter purchase details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. Commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after tickets are received; there is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and requires approximately two days per week, 1–4 hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., depending on venue box office hours. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
• Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
• Be able to work approximately two days per week, 1–4 hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
• Be able to communicate through SMS.
• Be accurate, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
• Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type jobs may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.
