About The Position

One Vision is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead their Fort Dodge Thrift Store. This role combines leadership and retail expertise with a mission to support individuals with disabilities. The manager will oversee daily operations, including managing store performance, leading the team, ensuring customer and donor satisfaction, tracking results, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Requirements

5+ years of retail sales experience.
3+ years of leadership/management experience, including at least 1 year of running a retail store (thrift preferred).
Background in financial oversight, inventory control, and merchandising.
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
Comfortable with the physical side of retail (lifting, bending, standing, moving items).

Nice To Haves

Thrift store management experience preferred.
