About The Position

The Thread Inspector will perform dimensional inspections of finished threaded products to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This role involves identifying and documenting non-conforming products, maintaining accuracy throughout the inspection process, and communicating findings to production personnel to support continuous improvement. The inspector will also maintain accurate inspection records and daily quality reports, and promote a safe work environment by following all company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document inspection results.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Must successfully pass a placement evaluation with a minimum score of 80%.

Nice To Haves

Experience using precision measuring instruments, including dial calipers, micrometers, and pit gauges, is preferred.
Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
