Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Commitment to safety, actively involved in their division’s safety initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a Greenfield environment
Experience working in Operations
Experience writing/reviewing procedures and training manuals
Computer knowledge/skills
Strongly prefer hot-dipped galvanizing experience

Execute the division’s safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives.

Actively participate in developing teammates within the company culture.
Oversee training initiatives.
Communicate information across departments and to teammates regarding safety, quality, and production.
Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
