About The Position

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Clerk III to support logistics operations and serve as a key liaison with third-party logistics (3PL) partners. The role helps ensure inventory accuracy, on-time shipping and receiving, order management, and vendor performance across distribution operations. It works closely with Customer Service, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to support service excellence and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid in St. Paul and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The listed salary is $28.00, based on experience. H.B. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or transportation experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Experience managing vendor or third-party service performance.
Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience using SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics operations.
Strong organization, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage 3PL inventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics.
Monitor open orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities using WMS tools.
Resolve shipment exceptions, including delayed LTL shipments and uncovered truckloads.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned 3PL locations.
Review and approve 3PL invoices and process claims.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and reporting.
Partner with Customer Service to support operational and sales goals.
Identify, recommend, and support process improvement initiatives.
