Therapy Team Lead-Weekend
About The Position
The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking a Therapy Team Lead (Weekend) to lead Inpatient Therapy operations. This role supports patients, families, and staff during recovery journeys. It involves direct patient care services for physical medicine rehabilitation for patients aged 15 and above, and directly supervises clinical staff within their assigned program. The Team Lead Therapist contributes to evidence-based program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, competency assessment, performance evaluation, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary manner.
Requirements
- Current active Indiana licensure
- Three (3) years of clinical experience

- Experience in clinical supervision in a rehabilitation setting
Responsibilities
- Partner with hospital leadership on quality and safety initiatives
- Performs duties and tasks of a licensed therapist (PT, OT, SLP)
- Prepares diagnostic records, clinical documentation, and discharge reports
- Provides clinical supervision across various team members
- Provides direct supervision of clinical staff within their assigned program
- Assists in program development of assigned program including identification of needs, design and implementation
