About The Position

Exceptional Rehab is hiring a full-time or PRN Restorative Aide at Smyrna in Smyrna, Tennessee. The role supports residents in regaining mobility, strength, and overall wellness through exercise programs. The aide encourages and motivates residents during exercises and works with the therapy team to develop and implement restorative programs.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed State Tested Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Ohio.
• Must have Restorative Aide experience.
• Previous experience as a CNA, Restorative Aide, or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training is available for the right person.
• Compassionate and fun-loving personality.
• Positive attitude and love for helping others.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team spirit.
• Ability to keep interactions light and upbeat during challenging days.
