Restorative Aide- CNA
About The Position
The Restorative Aide supports the provision of restorative and/or rehabilitative care to ProCare I-SNP members as appropriate. The role provides personal care in a manner that supports patient safety and comfort and assists with restorative or rehabilitative care. Within the scope of their training, the aide performs restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, range of motion, positioning, and self-feeding. The position promotes the greatest possible degree of patient independence, advises the Director of Rehab of patient status daily, and contributes knowledge of patient conditions and needs to care plans. The aide also assists with implementing care plans as directed under established policies and procedures, and observes, reports, and documents patient conditions as required. This is a full-time position based at Pivot at Park Valley Inn Health Center in Round Rock, Texas. The position requires availability to work six days per week and the ability to travel to additional skilled nursing facility locations within the geographical area.
Requirements
- State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be available to work six days per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
- Assist in providing restorative or rehabilitative care.
- Perform restorative nursing tasks within the scope of training, including ambulation, range of motion, positioning, and self-feeding.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients.
