About The Position
This role will oversee the therapy recruiting company wide. This will partner with our building leaders and regional therapists ensuring our therapy departments are staffed. This position will require some travel for job fairs and therapy events in the 6 states we operate.

- Willingness to travel for job fairs and therapy events
