About The Position
Encompass Health is hiring a Therapy Manager to support therapy-team operations and provide patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requirements
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
- At least three years of experience in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or leadership, including at least two years of clinical experience.

- Specialty professional certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy-team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with therapy staff and hospital departments.
- Provide direct care to patients and build relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
- Celebrate patient victories and help guide patients toward their rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure procedures and treatments are implemented seamlessly.
