About The Position

The Therapy Business Manager is responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves effective field work with minimal supervision, daily reporting of field activities on an online system, and meeting call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms for the assigned division. The core responsibilities include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, promoting the division's products according to strategy, building relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.), facilitating strategy building, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma.
  • 2+ Yrs of experience
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider
  • Candidate with prior/current experience in same therapy.
  • Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.

Responsibilities
