Therapist, Inpatient
About The Position
Denver Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring an inpatient Therapist for a day schedule. The Therapist assesses patients’ psychosocial needs, collaborates with healthcare teams on treatment plans, provides counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges, connects patients with community resources and services, and advocates for patients’ rights and equitable care. The role requires a current state LMSW or LCSW license and a master’s degree from an accredited school. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months. One year of experience and ASLS certification are preferred. The listed rate range is $32.19–$43.46 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to external applicants with a 24-month commitment. The application deadline is December 25, 2026.
Requirements
- Current state LMSW or LCSW license.
