About The Position

Denver Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring an inpatient Therapist to provide care that supports patients’ emotional, psychological, and social well-being. The role involves assessing psychosocial needs, collaborating with healthcare teams on treatment plans, counseling patients and families, connecting patients with community resources, and advocating for equitable care.

The position is scheduled for days. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to external applicants who commit to 24 months. The application deadline is 12/25/2026. The stated hourly rate range is $32.19–$43.46.

Requirements

• Current state LMSW or LCSW license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ psychosocial needs and understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.
