About The Position

Alleviant Integrated Health is seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join their diverse team. The role involves conducting mental health evaluations and providing various forms of therapy to adult and child patients. Therapists are encouraged to explore innovative treatment options like TMS and Ketamine, embracing a holistic approach to mental health care. The position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records, and fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and community agencies. Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Minimum of five years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a healthcare setting.
• Current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in Arkansas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and basic office equipment.
• Strong typing and computer application skills.
• In-depth understanding of HIPAA guidelines and documentation standards within the healthcare industry.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-state licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to adult and child patients.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies.
• Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of referral resources across our Arkansas service areas to support patient needs.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, healthcare team members, referral sources, and community agencies.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, working effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals.
• Uphold standards of excellence in all assignments and foster a supportive and professional environment.
