About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced Landscaping Technicians to assist with a variety of residential landscaping and outdoor maintenance projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can deliver reliable service while maintaining attention to detail. Superior Contracting & Maintenance is an established home repair and maintenance company with over 13 years of experience serving a wide range of clients. Based just north of our flagship market in Atlanta, GA, we provide services across AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX. Our services include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, tree services, roofing, drywall repair, interior and exterior painting, flooring, remediation, make-readies, appliance services, and more. Our technicians primarily perform residential maintenance work in their local service areas. We support property management partners through our maintenance department, provide direct-to-client services for homeowners, and support various contracts and repiping initiatives through our projects department.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• General Liability insurance is mandatory.
• Knowledge of various plants, trees, and grass types.
• Understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and bushes.
• Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems.
• Build and maintain hardscaping features, including walkways and patios.
• Operate, maintain, and properly use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Assist with general property maintenance tasks as needed.
