About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced Landscaping Technicians for residential landscaping and outdoor maintenance projects. The role is suited to contractors who take pride in quality workmanship and provide reliable, detail-oriented service. Technicians primarily perform residential maintenance in their local service areas. The company serves clients across AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX.

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity offering flexible work. Work is available Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities as needed. Direct deposits are processed after proof of job completion and quality have been received; there are no job board or service fees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• General Liability insurance is mandatory.
• Knowledge of various plants, trees, and grass types.
• Understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and bushes.
• Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems.
• Build and maintain hardscaping features, including walkways and patios.
• Operate, maintain, and properly use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Assist with general property maintenance tasks as needed.
