About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team as a Therapist. This role provides critical intervention to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral health needs within a residential setting. The position is responsible for developing individualized master treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group counseling, completing clinical documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to review client treatment, goals, progress, and future needs. The pay range is $51,000 - $58,140 annually, based on relevant education and experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 10 am-6 pm, and the position is on-site in Orlando (Pine Hills area).

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology field required
2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Valid Driver's license required
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test
Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida preferred
