About The Position
Make a meaningful impact a Non-Licensed Therapist at Cumberland Hall Hospital! In this role, you'll provide compassionate psychosocial therapy to patients and families, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges. You'll also lead case management efforts, ensuring comprehensive support for those in need. If you're passionate about mental health, dedicated to patient care, and eager to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we'd love to have you on our team!
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling field required.
- Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
Nice To Haves
- Kentucky Social Work or Professional Counselor License preferred.
Responsibilities
- Completing and maintaining all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with policies and regulations.
- Assessing patient needs regularly and assist in the developing and updating of the Master Treatment Plan.
- Working within a team environment to ensure that each treatment modality is appropriate for the patient.
- Providing group educational therapies to assigned patients consistent with established techniques and methods relevant to the professional literature.
