About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team as a Therapist. This role provides critical intervention to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral health needs within a residential setting. The position is responsible for developing individualized master treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group counseling, completing clinical documentation, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to review client treatment, goals, progress, and future needs. The pay range for this position is $51,000 - $58,140 annually, based on relevant education and experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 10 am-6 pm, and the position is on-site in Orlando (Pine Hills area).

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology field required
2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required
Valid Driver's license required
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.

Nice To Haves

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida preferred.
