About The Position

This role involves working directly with clients in a Level III residential facility, focusing on at-risk adolescents, their families, and the facility staff. The position requires face-to-face consultation within the facility for a minimum of 4 hours per week. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and maintaining timely and accurate documentation of all clinical services. The role also involves providing clinical consultation to staff, attending staff meetings, and participating in clinical learning forums and quality improvement programs. Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential for effective team dynamics and client/coworker relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform face-to-face consultation in the facility at a minimum of 4 hours per week.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for clinical services within agency timelines.
  • Complete all service notes within 24 hours of the event.
  • Display good communication and feedback within a team dynamic.
  • Professionalism in all areas of work including client and coworker relationships.
  • Satisfactory results of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical assessments of all residential referrals in a timely and complete manner.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions weekly per client.
  • Provide one group therapy session weekly.
  • Provide family therapy sessions on an as needed basis.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for the clinical services that are provided within the timelines set up by the agency. All service notes are to be completed within 24 hours of the event.
  • Provide clinical consultation to the staff that serves the consumers within the facility.
  • Attend all staff meetings monthly as necessary.
  • Provide clinical supervision, as needed, to the Lead Qualified Professional/House Manager.
  • Participate and facilitate in the clinical learning forums as scheduled for the facility.
  • Complete clinical consultation and therapy logs as needed.
  • Participate in the quality improvement program including health and safety.
  • Display good communication and feedback within a team dynamic.
  • Professionalism in all areas of work including client and coworker relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.
