About The Position
Preferred Behavioral Health Group (PBHG) is seeking a Part-Time Therapist (LSW or LAC) for their SAIL Adolescent Partial Care Program. This role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents in an after-school program. The position offers the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships in a small, collaborative, and client-centered treatment environment. Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current New Jersey LSW or LAC required.
- Passion for working with adolescents and providing compassionate, strengths-based care.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth in the SAIL program.
- Assists with referrals, intakes and related clinical documentation.
