This role involves working directly with clients in a Level III residential facility, focusing on at-risk adolescents and their families. The position requires face-to-face consultation within the facility for a minimum of 4 hours per week. Key responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and maintaining timely and accurate documentation of all clinical services. The therapist will also provide clinical consultation to facility staff, attend monthly staff meetings, and offer clinical supervision to the Lead Qualified Professional/House Manager as needed. Participation in clinical learning forums, quality improvement programs, and demonstrating strong communication and professionalism are also essential aspects of this role. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory background check and drug screening results.
