The Residential Behavioral Clinician is responsible for co-creating, implementing, and maintaining behavior analytic programming for residential clients being served at Wedgwood Christian Services. The Behavioral Clinician will provide face-to-face training and supervision to direct care staff within a residential treatment program under the direct supervision of the Lead Residential BCBA. The Behavioral Clinician will coordinate with clinical and leadership team members to continue to provide a holistic, trauma-informed, model of care to the clients in the VanderArk Program. Client caseload will be determined by the Leadership Team and will include residents within Wedgwood’s Developmental Disability and Cognitive Impairment Unit (VanderArk). Where healing begins.
