This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals under supervision, monitoring and managing crisis situations, providing behavioral health support and intervention, conducting parenting classes, and maintaining a safe environment. The position requires providing mental health counseling and supervised visitation to children and families, collaborating with team members on care plans, and documenting all observations and incidents for court presentation. Timely attendance and excellent writing skills are essential, as is the ability to testify in court. The work is conducted at the Limon DHS office on a part-time basis with flexible scheduling, and there is potential for the position to become full-time.
