About The Position

The Oaks Church Residency is a support-based ministry opportunity. The application process has three phases: an initial application questionnaire that collects employment information; a Ministry Assessment questionnaire covering topics related to being a ministry worker, sent after the application is reviewed and approved; and a Local Assessment in which the local supervisor(s) review the application and may conduct an interview. Upon provisional acceptance, candidates register for support-raising training run by Reliant to begin their support-based ministry journey.
