About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Thai Teacher for a client in Greenville, SC. This is a one-to-one general language course with a total of 20 hours, with each session lasting two hours. Lessons should take place at the trainer's home/office or a public location in Greenville. The student is a beginner, aged 35-44, and prefers lessons three times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around 6 pm. The preferred start date is ASAP. The student's motivation for learning Thai is family.
Requirements
- Native Thai speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Possess a valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of Greenville, SC.
- Ability to provide CV with references.
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one Thai language training to a beginner student.
- Conduct lessons at the trainer's home/office or a public location in Greenville.
- Adhere to the student's preferred schedule of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around 6 pm, 3 times per week.
- Adapt schedule and location based on availability and client needs.
