About The Position

The TG Floor Supervisor/Pit Manager oversees table games operations, enforcing performance standards, policies, procedures, and Gaming Commission regulations. The role monitors games and guest activity to ensure accuracy, game protection, and appropriate pace; supports positive guest relations; and assists with team training and evaluation. It also includes bankroll checks and shift-change counts, player tracking, and pit accounting and administrative responsibilities. The position requires current knowledge of applicable gaming laws, regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of two years of experience in table games supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

Enforce performance standards, policies, and procedures for table games and ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations.
Check the bankroll from the previous shift for accuracy and assist the Pit Manager with the physical bankroll count at shift change.
Observe games, players, and dealers to ensure game accuracy and protection.
Ensure games proceed at an appropriate pace.
Promote positive guest relations by answering questions, resolving disputes, locating beverage servers, and comping guests.
Assist in training and fairly and equitably evaluating subordinate team members.
Encourage rated play and track players, including buy-ins, length of play, win/loss, and average bet.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable local, federal, state, and compact gaming laws and regulations, as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Understand pit accounting procedures and administrative tasks, including fills, credits, and marker transactions and responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
