About The Position

The TFS Asset Analyst supports the stewardship, accuracy, and completeness of TFS critical asset data. The role coordinates with field teams, engineering, and other Energy Delivery personnel to gather, validate, and enter data, using technical knowledge and analytical skills to ensure capital-project designs are accurately reflected in the asset database. Data accuracy at the start of an asset’s life cycle is a critical requirement. At the beginning of each capital project, the analyst reviews Issued for Construction one-line diagrams, schematics, bills of material, and new asset forms. The analyst compares these sources, discusses and resolves discrepancies with engineers, and uploads validated project assets into the database. The work also includes creating project location hierarchies, maintaining project status through the asset-entry lifecycle, supporting field and engineering personnel, and contributing to process improvement and work-metric reporting. This is an on-site role based at an AEP facility in Roanoke, Virginia; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Canton, Ohio; or Corpus Christi, Texas. The position is sedentary, and travel may be required.
