Miller Electric is hosting a Manufacturing Interview and Hiring Day on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, for 1st shift Certificate Tester and Degreed Tester opportunities. Applicants submit one application and will be considered for the role that best aligns with their education and experience. Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted to schedule a time and receive event details. Certificate Testers perform electrical testing on Miller products, including high-voltage and final tests. They set up and complete extended end-of-line testing, troubleshoot issues, assemble products as needed, order parts, follow safety procedures, rotate between production tasks, and help train others. Degreed Testers perform high-voltage and final tests on Miller products using written procedures. They troubleshoot and solve problems, order materials and parts as needed, apply MRD and ITW operating principles, support product quality and on-time delivery, and help train others. Both roles involve frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling of 10–25 pounds and occasional handling of 25–45 pounds. Work includes frequent use of both hands for assembly, wiring, and handling bins, tools, and components; constant standing and hand manipulation; and occasional reaching, walking, and neck flexion. Degreed Testers must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day. Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production and overtime as required, including shifts of up to 12 hours. Overtime may include Saturdays and Sundays; specific schedules will be discussed during the hiring process. ITW is an equal opportunity employer committed to fair treatment throughout the hiring process and employment relationship.
