About The Position
Performs non-routine and changing testing procedures using specialized equipment, including analyzing and solving deviations from agreed standards. The role involves setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies; developing or determining test specifications and procedures from technical drawings; testing and troubleshooting assemblies or final systems; and documenting findings and recommended solutions.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with business tools such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or an equivalent ERP product and productivity software.
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Determine and potentially develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems.
- Complete rework on assemblies or systems as needed based on testing results.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.
