Test Program Manager
About The Position
TekWissen is seeking a Test Program Manager for a six-month temporary, onsite assignment in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. The role applies specialist testing knowledge to define and implement testing practices and strategies across a portfolio or program. The manager assesses existing tools and frameworks, recommends and implements enhancements, defines program test strategies, conducts technical reviews of projects, identifies risks and issues, and drives the collection and delivery of test metrics. The position covers test strategy, knowledge management, test reporting, test design, development and execution, and test planning. It includes establishing tool, test-environment, and test-data strategies; analyzing costs and benefits; assessing test maturity and gaps; identifying automation opportunities; defining program goals and KPIs and SLAs; and developing improvement roadmaps. Success measures include test coverage and automation coverage, savings from optimization and automation, defect removal efficiency, Kaizens initiated and implemented, and customer cost savings.

Responsibilities
